Design and materials guaranteeing durability

The body made of CW617N brass is characterized by high corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The nickel-plated finish not only improves aesthetics but, above all, protects the surface from external factors. The seal retaining mechanism is a VALVEX design solution that extends the valve's service life.

The shape of the steel lever has been patented and adapted to the shape of the hand, which improves ergonomic handling during operation. The NICKEL-FREE system eliminates the risk of allergic reactions, making the valve safe for all users.

Operating parameters and versatility of applications

The valve operates at a nominal pressure of PN32 (according to ETIM) or PN30 (according to the manufacturer's specification), which corresponds to a maximum working pressure of up to 3 MPa. A maximum operating temperature of 180°C allows for use in solar installations and high-performance heating systems.

The full-bore design ensures minimal flow resistance of the medium, which is crucial for the energy efficiency of the entire installation. The packing allows for additional sealing of the valve during installation or service.

The self-centering stem is a technical solution that automatically compensates for seal wear during operation. Thanks to this, the valve maintains tightness throughout its entire service life without the need for additional adjustment.
