Magnetic Dirt Separator – Heating System Protection

The V-PURE DN 25 (1”) magnetic separator is a key element in protecting central heating systems, especially those powered by gas boilers or heat pumps. Its design allows for installation in both horizontal and vertical pipelines, providing great flexibility in choosing the installation location. Construction and Operating Principle

The V-PURE DN 25 features a well-thought-out design that combines several protective functions. A magnetic core with a strength of 11,000 Gs effectively retains magnetic particles, while a stainless steel mesh filter with a density of 800 µm separates solid contaminants. A transparent settling chamber allows for visual control of sediment build-up and facilitates the application of conditioning agents. A rotating, angled drain valve provides convenient emptying of the separator with collected contaminants. Additionally, an air vent valve allows for quick removal of air from the system.
