Magnetic and mechanical filtration in one – protection for heating and water systems

The PIZA-M angled filter is a solution designed to protect central heating systems (including heat pumps, gas and solid fuel boilers), water and air conditioning systems. It combines traditional mechanical filtration with innovative magnetic filtration, providing comprehensive protection against contaminants. This ensures the system operates more efficiently and the risk of failure is minimized.

The filter is based on the proven PIZA filter design, enhanced with a magnetic core with a set of neodymium magnets with a power of 6400 to 7200 Gs (depending on the filter diameter). The standard filter mesh captures solid contaminants, while the neodymium magnet effectively stops magnetic particles – metal shavings, rust and others. This is particularly important in installations with cast iron or steel components, where corrosion is a natural process.

Construction and application – for the installer and end user

The construction of the PIZA-M filter has been carefully designed for durability and reliability. The brass cover protects the neodymium magnet from direct contact with boiler water, preventing corrosion and loss of magnetic properties. The filter is adapted to work in a wide range of temperatures (0°C to 110°C) and pressures (up to 25 bar), making it a universal solution for different types of installations.
