The KERMI D275 III recuperator is an advanced solution for mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, designed for both demanding installers and users who appreciate comfort and low operating costs. The device is intended for efficient heat recovery in single-family homes with an area of up to approximately 160 m². Thanks to the use of modern technologies, the recuperator provides a constant supply of fresh air while minimizing energy losses.

Performance and efficiency at the highest level

The KERMI D275 III is characterized by a maximum efficiency of 275 m³/h at a pressure of 150 Pa, which guarantees optimal air exchange throughout the house. The cross-current heat exchanger made of polystyrene ensures high heat recovery – up to 90%, which translates into significant savings in heating costs. Additionally, the built-in summer bypass allows for effective ventilation of rooms on warm days, utilizing cooler air from outside. The Constant Flow automatic air flow control system ensures a stable ventilation balance, regardless of external conditions.

Intelligent control and ease of use

The recuperator comes standard with a Kermi Wi-Fi gateway, which enables remote control of the device using the “VASCO CLIMATE CONTROL” mobile application (available on Android and iOS systems). The application offers a wide range of functions, such as a weekly programmer with five ventilation intensity levels, the ability to change speeds on the fly, and a “fireplace” program – temporarily increasing the supply air level. The user also has access to information about current temperatures in the recuperator and the status of the summer bypass and anti-freeze protection. The included wireless RF switch allows you to select three ventilation intensity levels and activate the timed ventilation function. The switch also indicates the need to replace the filters.

Construction and installation – versatility above all

The KERMI D275 III recuperator has been designed with ease of installation and versatility in mind. The frame made of steel ensures the stability of the structure, while the internal elements made of EPP (expanded polypropylene) guarantee durability, thermal insulation, and vibration and noise damping. The device can be mounted both vertically on the wall and horizontally under the ceiling, providing a great deal of design freedom. The connections to the installation have a diameter of 150 mm. Access to the filters is easy and does not require tools – ISO ePM1 55% filters for fresh air supply and a COARSE 65% filter for exhaust air provide effective protection against contaminants.

Additional system expansion options

The recuperator control system provides the possibility of connecting optional carbon dioxide CO2 sensors (for mounting in the living room) and humidity sensors (for the bathroom). After wirelessly pairing the sensors with the recuperator, you can select program “A” – automatic adjustment of ventilation intensity based on actual needs. Equipping with optional sensors allows you to achieve the highest class of energy efficiency of the device. It is also recommended to use a dedicated PTC preheater, which ensures continuous operation of the fans even during frost.
