Purpose and application
The COMPACT HCFT 4 1000/LA fan is suitable for spaces requiring continuous, efficient general ventilation — both in industrial and commercial facilities. It is ideally suited for installation in warehouses, storage facilities, production halls, workshops, parking areas or retail premises. It can be an integral part of air‑conditioning systems where stable air exchange is needed without the use of complex ductwork.
Construction and durability
The housing is made of stamped steel sheet, coated with black epoxy paint — providing corrosion resistance and long‑term durability even in aggressive environments. The impeller made of glass‑fiber‑reinforced thermoplastic (HCFT) is UV‑resistant and does not degrade under external conditions. Dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940 — it minimizes vibration and noise during operation.
The three‑phase asynchronous motor (220–240 / 380–415 V, 50 Hz) with a power of 4 kW operates at a flow rate of up to 42 000 m³/h at a maximum speed of 1400 rpm. It has a protection class of IP65, meaning full protection against dust and water jets — safe even in humid or dirty rooms. Insulation class F and an integrated thermal winding protection safeguard the motor against overload and overheating.
Installation and operating conditions
Designed for wall mounting in any orientation — it does not require special supporting structures or brackets. Its dimensions and weight (67 kg) allow easy transport and installation even in confined spaces. It operates reliably in a temperature range of ‑20 °C to +40 °C — suitable for most production halls or underground parking lots. Noise level of 84 dB(A) results from aerodynamic optimization of the impeller — it does not exceed typical levels for devices of this type.
All parameters comply with IEC 34-1 and UNE-113 standards — no additional certifications are required when installing in systems that meet European regulations.
