Purpose and Application

The COMPACT HCFT 4 450/HA fan is designed for general ventilation of industrial and utility premises. It is ideal for applications requiring constant, reliable air exchange – in wholesale warehouses, storage facilities, workshops, production halls, parking garages, commercial premises, or greenhouses. It can be integrated with air conditioning systems, where its performance and resistance to environmental conditions are crucial.

Construction and Durability

The housing is made of extruded steel sheet, covered with a cathodic electrocoating layer and polyester paint – ensuring corrosion resistance even in aggressive environments. The impeller made of glass-fiber reinforced thermoplastic (HCFT) is resistant to UV radiation and does not degrade under prolonged exposure to sunlight or moisture. Dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940 – minimizes vibration and noise during operation.

The three-phase motor 230/400 V 50 Hz has an IP65 protection rating, meaning full resistance to dust and water jets – safe for installation both indoors and outdoors. Insulation class F guarantees stable operation at elevated temperatures. Thermal winding protection safeguards the motor against overload – no additional protective elements are required.

Performance and Operating Conditions

At maximum rotational speed (1230 rpm), it achieves a flow rate of up to 6760 m³/h – sufficient for large spaces requiring intensive ventilation. It operates within a wide temperature range: from -40°C to +70°C. The housing and impeller are designed to maintain performance even under extreme conditions – from freezing storage halls to hot production areas.

Installation is possible in any position – horizontal, vertical, or inclined – thanks to the compact construction and symmetrical arrangement of components. No specialized brackets or mounting adjustments are required. Dimensions: 560 mm (A), 480 mm (B), 400 mm (C), impeller diameter 450 mm – enabling easy integration with existing ventilation ducts.
