Intended use and application

The COMPACT HCFT 4 630/HA fan operates in industrial and utility spaces where a constant, reliable air exchange is required. It is suitable for wholesale stores, warehouses, production halls, workshops, parking lots and commercial premises. It can be installed as part of an HVAC ventilation system – no additional guards or ducts are needed, as its construction is ready for direct wall mounting.

Construction and installation

It has a very compact design – allowing installation in any position, even in confined spaces. The impeller is made of glass‑fiber‑reinforced thermoplastic and is resistant to UV radiation and aggressive environmental factors. The steel sheet housing is protected with cathodic painting and polyester paint, providing corrosion resistance even in humid or chemically aggressive environments. Stainless‑steel fasteners are rust‑free, extending the service life of the installation. Installation is simple – the fan can be mounted directly to the wall without the need for additional frames.

Operating characteristics and conditions

A three‑phase motor 230/400 V 50 Hz ensures stable operation under high loads. IP65 protection rating shields the unit from dust and water jets – ideal for both dry and wet environments. Thermal winding protection (in models equipped with it) prevents damage caused by overload. The fan is not designed for speed control – it runs at a fixed speed, simplifying installation and maintenance. The permissible temperature range is –40 °C to +70 °C – making it suitable for cold warehouses as well as hot production halls.
