Fan COMPACT HCFT 4 800/HA axial‑wall. 42020020
Purpose and application
Fan intended for general ventilation of rooms with a utility or industrial character — used in warehouses, storage facilities, workshops, production halls, parking lots, commercial premises and greenhouses. It can be integrated into air‑conditioning systems where a constant and efficient air exchange is required.
Construction and materials
Housing extruded from steel sheet, coated with black epoxy paint — provides corrosion resistance and durability in industrial conditions. Impeller made of thermoplastic reinforced with glass fiber (HCFT) — resistant to UV radiation and aggressive environmental factors. Dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940 — minimizes vibration and noise during operation.
Installation and operating conditions
Designed for wall mounting in any orientation — does not require additional supporting structures. Operates at temperatures from -40 °C to +70 °C — enabling use both in unheated industrial facilities and in high‑temperature environments. For models 800–1000 the temperature range is limited to -20 °C to +40 °C.
Motor and control
Asynchronous motor — available in single‑phase version (220–240 V, 50 Hz) or three‑phase version (220–240 / 380–415 V, 50 Hz), compliant with UNE-113 and IEC 34-1 standards. Insulation class F, equipped with thermal protection of the winding against overload. Standardly adapted for voltage‑controlled speed regulation — this does not apply to two‑pole motors and models 4-630, 4-710, 800, 900, 1000 (FT and TB versions). Models 800–1000 are adapted for frequency control — with only three‑phase versions able to be supplied with a frequency converter (E22 version).
Performance and noise
Delivers a maximum air flow of 32 600 m³/h at a rotational speed of 1430 rpm. Sound level is 82 dB(A) — typical for devices of this power, acceptable in industrial spaces. The unit weighs 52 kg — providing sufficient stability when wall‑mounted without additional structural reinforcement.
