The VKN5 channel unit heater is an ideal solution for rooms with large volumes and glazed areas, where even heat distribution is crucial. It utilizes a modern, quiet fan and a precise control panel, ensuring thermal comfort and ease of use. The heater's construction is designed for low-temperature systems, which translates into savings during the heating season.

Construction and application

The VKN5 heater consists of a durable steel tub (galvanized and painted black – RAL 9005) and a high-efficiency heat exchanger made of aluminum and copper. The heat exchanger is powder-coated black, and it comes standard with an air vent valve. A low-power consumption fan provides effective air circulation, and its quiet operation does not disturb comfort. The heater is used in both domestic and commercial installations – offices, shops or conference rooms.

• Wide range of configurations: Various channel heights (75, 90, 140, 180 mm), base widths (250, 300, 350 mm) and channel lengths (800-2750 mm) are available, as well as the possibility of making a tub of non-standard length.
• Positioning adjustment: The tub positioning height adjustment system facilitates installation and ensures device stability.
• Safety: The maximum working pressure is 10 bar, and the heater has an air vent valve.

Technical parameter information: the heating power at parameters 75/65/20°C is 1394 / 3069 / 4409 / 5871 W, the heat exchanger material is aluminum/copper, the tub material is steel, the maximum working pressure is 10 bar, the water content is 0.96 l, the external length is 1650 mm and the external depth is 90 mm.

Additional equipment (available separately) includes: decorative grilles, mounting covers, mounting kits for raised floors, vibration damping tapes and air filters. It is also possible to paint the tub in any color from the RAL palette. The heater complies with the PN-EN 16430 standard and is characterized by declared performance characteristics: maximum permissible working pressure of 1 MPa and maximum permissible working temperature of 110°C.
