Channel heater with fan – efficient space heating. The VKN5 channel heater is a solution designed for rooms with large volumes and significant glazing. It utilizes a modern, quiet fan and a precise control panel, ensuring thermal comfort while simultaneously saving energy. Thanks to the use of an economical fan, the device is characterized by high heating power and a fast response time. Low thermal inertia combined with electronic regulation allows for savings in the heating season, estimated at over 20%. It is ideally suited for low-temperature systems, offering even heat distribution throughout the room.

Construction and application

The VKN5 heater consists of a durable steel tub (galvanized and powder-coated black – RAL 9005) and a high-efficiency heat exchanger made of aluminum and copper. The heat exchanger is powder-coated black and equipped with an air vent valve. A modern 24V DC EC motor fan ensures quiet and efficient air circulation. The device has GW3/4” connection nipples, mounting struts and anchors, which facilitate installation. The ability to adjust the height of the tub further increases installation flexibility. These types of heaters are used in both residential buildings and commercial premises and historic buildings. They are often mounted near glazed walls, protecting against cold air flowing down onto the floor, or as corner or arched elements.
