Fan coil unit – effective space heating

The VKN5 fan coil unit is an ideal solution for rooms with high ceilings, especially those with large windows. Its design ensures even heat distribution, and the use of a modern fan guarantees quiet and efficient operation. The device is perfect for both residential and commercial buildings, as well as historic buildings. Thanks to the possibility of integration with BMS (Building Management System) and dedicated controllers, the VKN5 heater allows for precise temperature control and energy consumption optimization.

Construction and performance

The VKN5 heater is characterized by a solid construction based on a steel housing galvanized and powder-coated in black (RAL 9005). The heat exchanger made of aluminum and copper ensures high heating efficiency and corrosion resistance. A low-power and quiet fan supports air circulation, which translates into faster room heating. Various channel heights (75, 90, 140, 180 mm) and widths (250, 300, 350 mm) are available, as well as the possibility of making a tub of non-standard length (NS), which allows you to adapt the heater to individual needs.

The heating power of the device at parameters 75/65/20°C is 347/968/1519 W depending on the operating mode (min/med/max). The maximum working pressure is 10 bar, which ensures safe operation. The water capacity of the heater is 0.4 liters.

Installation and equipment

The VKN5 heater is equipped with mounting struts and anchors, which facilitate its installation. The height adjustment system of the tub allows for precise leveling of the device. The standard equipment also includes a connection chamber cover and a fan guard (air diffuser grill). The connection nipples have an internal thread GW ¾”. In addition, numerous optional accessories are available, such as grilles made of various materials (wood, aluminum, stainless steel), decorative frames and air filters. The possibility of ordering a tub painted in any color from the RAL palette allows you to match the heater to the interior design.
