The VKN5 channel heater is an ideal solution for rooms with large volumes and large windows, where significant heating power is required. Thanks to the use of a modern, quiet fan and precise control, it provides thermal comfort without disturbing the peace. The device is characterized by high efficiency and the possibility of integration with building management systems (BMS).

Construction and performance

The VKN5 heater uses a high-efficiency heat exchanger made of aluminum and copper, which guarantees effective heat transfer to the surroundings. A low-power fan ensures even distribution of warm air in the room. Low thermal inertia and electronic regulation allow for quick response to temperature changes and energy savings of up to 20%. The heater's design is intended for low-temperature systems, ensuring optimal performance in such installations.

Equipment and additional options

Standard equipment includes a galvanized and powder-coated steel tub (black RAL 9005), a heat exchanger with an air vent valve, a modern 24V DC EC fan, a connection box cover, and a mounting kit. Numerous accessories are also available to adapt the heater to individual needs and interior design:

VKN5 heaters are used in residential buildings, commercial premises, and historic buildings, especially where discreet heating with high heating power is required – e.g., with large windows or in high rooms. Mounting near walls protects rooms from the cold flowing down the windows, and the possibility of corner or arched mounting increases the versatility of the device.

Safety and compliance with standards

The VKN5 channel heater meets the requirements of PN-EN 16430 standard and is characterized by a high level of safety thanks to the use of a safe supply voltage of 24V and a solid construction made of durable materials resistant to corrosion – a hot-dip galvanized steel tub and a powder-coated heat exchanger. The maximum permissible operating temperature is 110°C, and the maximum hydraulic pressure is 1.69 MPa, which ensures long-term and trouble-free operation of the device.
