Rolled grille – a practical solution for ducted heating and air conditioning systems

The rolled grille made of anodized aluminum in gold color is a finishing element that will find its application in heating and air conditioning installations. A double-T profile with dimensions of 35x165 mm provides stability and an aesthetic appearance. This is particularly important when installing ducted heaters and fan coil units, where the grille is a visible element of the system.

Construction and installation

The grille is made of aluminum, which guarantees its durability and corrosion resistance. Anodizing in gold color gives it an elegant look that blends well with various interior designs. It is standardly equipped with black PVC sleeves, spaced every 13 mm. This ensures adequate airflow while maintaining aesthetics. Additionally, PVC sleeves are available in other colors (gray, beige, light brown, dark brown) as an option – it is worth remembering this when planning the installation.

Application and compatibility

The rolled grille is a dedicated accessory for popular models of ducted heaters VK12, VK15, VKN1, VKN2 SILENT, VKN5, SVKN1 and VKN5P. It will also work with CVK2, CVK4, CVK2P and CVK4P fan coil units. Remember to include the grille in the order – it is not standardly included with these devices.

Additional information for installers

When installing VK15 and VKN ducted heaters, pay attention to the heater tub framing – if the grille is to be an additional accessory, the framing should be ordered at the same time as the heater. Frames are available in various versions: natural aluminum, anodized and painted (type L and F). The frame is mounted using silicone adhesive – take care during installation to avoid deformation of the heater tub. The maximum length of the grille section is 6000 mm.
