Rolled grille – a practical solution for radiators and fan coil units

The rolled grille made of anodized aluminum is a finishing element for channeled heating and air conditioning systems. Made of an I-beam profile, it provides an aesthetic appearance and functionality. It is ideal for both domestic and commercial installations where precision and durability are important.

The grille is a standard additional equipment for popular models of channeled radiators VK12, VK15, VKN1, VKN2 SILENT, VKN5, SVKN1, VKN5P and fan coil units CVK2, CVK4, CVK2P, CVK4P. This makes it easy to adapt to an existing installation. It is worth remembering to include it in the order – it is not a standard element included with the device.

Construction and characteristic features

The grille made of anodized aluminum is characterized by high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. Anodizing the surface ensures color durability and aesthetic appearance for a long time. The I-beam profile gives it rigidity and stability.

The height of the grille is 18 mm, and the length is 2000 mm – these dimensions allow it to be adapted to different widths of ventilation ducts. The grille is 190 mm wide, and the distance between the rungs is 13 mm. It is standardly equipped with black PVC distance sleeves – they provide proper mounting and aesthetic finishing. Sleeves in other colors (gray, beige, light brown, dark brown) with a length of 17mm are also available as an optional extra. The maximum length of a single grille is 6000 mm – this allows minimizing the number of connections and achieving an aesthetic visual effect.

The rolled grille is not only a decorative element – it also ensures optimal airflow and comfort of using the heating or air conditioning system. Its rolled construction facilitates access to the inside of the channel for maintenance or cleaning.
