Rolled grille for duct heaters – functionality and aesthetics

The rolled aluminum grille is a practical solution for finishing duct heaters, providing effective air circulation and an aesthetic appearance. Made of a 35x250 mm I-beam profile, it is an ideal fit for popular models of VK12, VK15, VKN1, VKN2 SILENT, VKN5, SVKN1, VKN5P heaters and CVK2, CVK4, CVK2P and CVK4P fan coil units. Thanks to its construction, it allows easy access to the inside of the heater duct for cleaning or maintenance.

Construction and materials

The grille is made of black anodized aluminum, which guarantees not only durability and corrosion resistance, but also an elegant look. Anodizing is a process that increases the strength of the material and gives it an aesthetic shine. The grille bars are made in an I-beam profile, which provides them with appropriate rigidity and stability. As standard, the grille is equipped with black PVC spacer sleeves with a spacing of 13 mm. Sleeves in other colors (gray, beige, light brown, dark brown) with a spacing of 17 mm are also available - this option allows you to match the color to the color of the floor or interior design.

Application and assembly

The rolled grille is used primarily in duct heating systems, where it is mounted on top of the heating duct. Its rolled construction allows easy access to the inside of the duct without having to disassemble the entire grille. The length of the grille can be adjusted to specific needs - the maximum length of one section is 6000 mm. Installation is simple and does not require specialized tools. Remember to properly match the width of the grille to the width of the heater (the grille is about 24 mm wider than the base of the heater tub).
