Rolled grille – a practical solution for ducted heating and air conditioning systems

The rolled grille made of anodized aluminum in gold color is a finishing element that will find its application in heating and air conditioning installations. A double-T profile with dimensions of 17x200 mm provides stability and an aesthetic appearance. This is particularly important when installing duct heaters and fan coil units, where the grille is a visible element of the system.

These types of grilles are standardly equipped with black PVC sleeves, spaced every 13 mm. This spacing ensures adequate airflow while minimizing the risk of larger objects entering the installation. Additionally, PVC sleeves in other colors – gray, beige, light brown and dark brown – are optionally available, allowing you to match the interior design.

Application and compatibility:

The grille is a dedicated accessory for popular models of VK12, VK15, VKN1, VKN2 SILENT, VKN5, SVKN1 and VKN5P heaters. It will also work with CVK2, CVK4, CVK2P and CVK4P fan coil units. Remember to include the grille in your order – it is not standardly included with these devices.

Installation and additional information:

It is worth remembering the possibility of ordering a frame for the grille (available in natural, anodized or painted aluminum versions) – especially important for VK15 and VKN duct heaters. The frame covers the space between the floor and the heater tub and is mounted with silicone glue. Proper installation of both the heater and the frame should be ensured to avoid future deformation problems. The length of one section of the grille can be a maximum of 6000 mm.
