Rollable aluminum grille for duct heaters

The rollable grille made of I-beam profile is a practical and aesthetic solution for finishing duct heaters. Made of aluminum, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. Its rollable design facilitates access to the inside of the heater for cleaning or maintenance – simply roll it up to gain free access. The grille is an additional accessory for popular models of VK12, VK15, VKN1, VKN2 SILENT, VKN5, SVKN1, VKN5P heaters and CVK2, CVK4, CVK2P and CVK4P fan coil units.

Construction and mounting

The grille has PVC sleeves in black color, spaced 13 mm apart. PVC sleeves in other colors are also available as an option: gray, beige, light brown and dark brown – allowing you to match the floor color. It is worth remembering that when installing VK15 and VKN duct heaters, the grille frame should be ordered at the same time as the heater due to differences in the tub construction. The frame is available in aluminum versions (natural, anodized or painted) and serves to mask the space between the floor and the heater. The frame is mounted using silicone adhesive.

Application and benefits

The rollable grille is an ideal solution for both professional installers and end customers. It allows easy access to the inside of the heater without having to disassemble the entire grille. The choice between natural and anodized aluminum allows you to adapt to individual aesthetic preferences and project requirements. Anodized aluminum is characterized by increased resistance to UV radiation and a delayed aging process – which translates into a longer service life and preservation of aesthetic values. It is available in a length of 2500 mm and a width of 270 mm with a height of 18 mm. When choosing a grille made of anodized aluminum, you can choose from several colors: satin, stainless steel, gold or black.
