Collapsible grille – a practical solution for ducted heating and air conditioning systems
The golden anodized aluminum collapsible grille is a finishing element that can be used in heating and air conditioning installations. Made of an I-beam profile with dimensions of 35x110 mm, it is a functional and aesthetic complement to ducted heaters and fan coil units. Its construction allows for easy adjustment of the airflow, and the anodized finish provides corrosion resistance and durability.
Construction and mounting
The grille is standardly equipped with black PVC sleeves, spaced 13 mm apart. This ensures an aesthetic appearance and even air distribution. Additionally, optional PVC sleeves in other colors – gray, beige, light brown and dark brown – are available, allowing it to be matched to the interior design. The grille is intended for mounting with VK12, VK15, VKN1, VKN2 SILENT, VKN5, SVKN1, VKN5P heaters and CVK2, CVK4, CVK2P, CVK4P fan coil units. Remember to include it in the order as an additional element.
Applications and benefits
- Airflow regulation: The grille design allows for precise control of the direction and intensity of the air stream.
- Aesthetic appearance: The golden anodized finish gives the installation an elegant look.
- Durability and resistance: Anodized aluminum is a material resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage.
- Easy installation: The grille is easy to install and does not require specialized tools.
- Interior matching: The availability of PVC sleeves in various colors allows for a perfect match to the room decor.
- Compatibility: The grille is dedicated to popular models of ducted heaters and fan coil units.
It is also worth remembering the possibility of ordering a grille frame (type L or F) in various finishes – natural aluminum, anodized or painted – which masks the space between the floor and the ducted heater tub. The frame is mounted using silicone glue.
