Collapsible grille – a practical solution for ducted heating and air conditioning systems

The satin anodized aluminum collapsible grille is a finishing element for heating and air conditioning installations. The I-beam profile with dimensions of 35x215 mm provides stability and an aesthetic appearance. This is particularly useful when installing channel heaters and fan coil units, where proper air distribution is important.

Construction and installation

The aluminum grille is characterized by durability and corrosion resistance. It is standardly equipped with black PVC sleeves, spaced 13 mm apart. These sleeves serve as spacers, ensuring uniform spacing of the slats. Additionally, PVC sleeves in other colors – gray, beige, light brown and dark brown – are optionally available, allowing you to match the grille to the interior design.

Application and compatibility

The collapsible grille is a dedicated accessory for popular models of channel heaters VK12, VK15, VKN1, VKN2 SILENT, VKN5, SVKN1 and VKN5P. It will also work with CVK2, CVK4, CVK2P and CVK4P fan coil units. Remember to include the grille in the order when purchasing these devices.

Additional information for installers

• Grilles with F or L frames are also available – it is worth ordering them at the same time as the VK15 or VKN channel heater to ensure an aesthetic finish and proper fit.
• The frame is available in several finishing versions: natural aluminum, anodized (also in satin color), painted.
• The frame is mounted using silicone adhesive – pay attention to the correct positioning of the elements to avoid deformation of the heater tub.
• The maximum length of a single section of the grille is 6000 mm.
