Rolled aluminum grille – functionality and aesthetics

Rolled aluminum grille in satin anodized finish is a practical and elegant solution for finishing channeled heating and air conditioning systems. Made of durable aluminum, it is characterized by solidity and corrosion resistance, guaranteeing long-term use. A 35x275 mm I-beam profile provides structural stability and an aesthetic appearance.

This grille is dedicated to VK12, VK15, VKN1, VKN2 SILENT, VKN5, SVKN1, VKN5P channel heaters and CVK2, CVK4, CVK2P, CVK4P fan coil units. It is an additional equipment element that should be considered when placing an order for these devices.

Construction and mounting

The rolled grille has black PVC sleeves spaced 13 mm apart. These sleeves provide stabilization and an aesthetic appearance. Additionally, PVC sleeves in other colors are optionally available: gray, beige, light brown and dark brown – allowing you to match the grille to the interior color scheme. The maximum length of a single section of the grille is 6000 mm.

It is worth remembering the possibility of ordering a frame for the grille in various versions: natural aluminum, anodized (including satin), painted. An L or F type frame masks the space between the floor and the channel heater tub and is mounted with silicone adhesive. Attention should be paid to the correct installation of the channel heater – the manufacturer is not responsible for deformations of the tub resulting from incorrect installation of the frame.
