Rolled grille – functionality and aesthetics in ventilation systems

The rolled grille made of black anodized aluminum is a practical solution for duct heaters and fan coil units. Made of durable aluminum, it provides effective airflow while looking aesthetically pleasing thanks to the anodized finish. The I-beam profile with dimensions of 17x145 mm guarantees stability and resistance to deformation.

The grille is standardly equipped with black PVC spacers, spaced every 13 mm. These sleeves serve not only an aesthetic function, but also provide adequate spacing between the rungs, optimizing airflow. For customers looking to match the interior color scheme, optional PVC sleeves are available in gray, beige, light brown and dark brown (the length of the sleeves in colors other than black is 17 mm).

Application and compatibility

The rolled grille is a dedicated accessory for popular models of VERANO duct heaters: VK12, VK15, VKN1, VKN2 SILENT, VKN5, SVKN1 and VKN5P. It will also work with CVK2, CVK4, CVK2P and CVK4P fan coil units. Remember to include the grille in your order – it is an additional element that is not always delivered with the heater.

Construction and assembly

The use of an I-beam profile ensures the rigidity of the grille even with large spans. The maximum length of a single section of the grille is 6000 mm. Installation is simple and intuitive – the grille is ready for installation immediately upon receipt. In the case of VK15 and VKN duct heaters, remember to order the frame (available in natural, anodized or painted aluminum) at the same time to ensure an aesthetic finish and proper fit. The frame is mounted with silicone glue.
