Rolled aluminum grille – functionality and aesthetics

This rolled radiator grille made of black anodized aluminum is a practical and elegant solution for ducted heating and fan coil systems. The I-beam profile with dimensions of 25x180 mm provides strength and stability of the structure, and the anodization of aluminum guarantees corrosion resistance and long-lasting aesthetics. The grille is standardly equipped with black PVC sleeves, spaced every 13 mm.

Application and compatibility

The rolled grille is an additional accessory for popular models of ducted heaters VERANO, such as VK12, VK15, VKN1, VKN2 SILENT, VKN5, SVKN1, VKN5P and fan coil units CVK2, CVK4, CVK2P and CVK4P. Remember to include it in the order when purchasing these devices. Thanks to its universal design, it will work well in both modern and traditional interiors.

Construction and materials

Made of high-quality anodized aluminum, the grille is characterized by durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Anodizing is a chemical process that increases the strength of the material and gives it an elegant appearance. The I-beam profile provides rigidity to the structure. PVC sleeves in black color serve as a spacer between the grille bars. The length of the grille is 1800 mm and the width is 270 mm with a height of 18 mm.

Installation and additional information

The grille is easy to install and does not require specialized tools. In the case of VK15 and VKN ducted heaters, pay attention to matching the frame to the heater tub – the frame should be ordered at the same time as the heater. Framing options are available in various materials (natural aluminum, anodized or painted) and types (L or F).
