Collapsible grille – a practical solution for ventilation and radiator ducts

The black anodized aluminum collapsible grille is a functional finishing element, ideal for ventilation ducts and channel radiators. Made of durable aluminum, it provides an aesthetic appearance and long-lasting protection. The I-beam profile with dimensions of 25x230 mm guarantees stability and solid construction.

Construction and mounting

The grille is characterized by a folding/collapsible design, which makes it easy to adapt to different duct widths. The standard spacing between the bars is 13 mm, and the sleeves are made of black PVC. This ensures effective airflow while minimizing noise. This is particularly important in ventilation and air conditioning systems where acoustic comfort is important.

Application and compatibility

The collapsible grille is a dedicated accessory for popular models of VK12, VK15, VKN1, VKN2 SILENT, VKN5, SVKN1, VKN5P radiators and CVK2, CVK4, CVK2P and CVK4P fan coil units. It should be remembered to include it in the order when completing the heating or air conditioning system. Additionally, it is possible to order PVC sleeves in other colors: gray, beige, light brown and dark brown – allowing for a perfect match to the interior color scheme.

Important information for installers:

• In the case of VK15 and VKN channel radiators, the grille frame should be ordered at the same time as the radiator due to differences in the radiator tank design (with or without a frame).
• The frame is available in natural aluminum, anodized and painted versions.
• The frame (optional) is mounted using silicone adhesive. Caution should be exercised during installation to avoid deformation of the radiator tank.
• The length of the grille is 2300 mm, which allows it to be easily adapted to most standard ventilation and radiator ducts.
