Rolled grille – functionality and aesthetics in ventilation systems

The rolled grille made of anodized aluminum, with an I-beam profile, is a practical solution for finishing ventilation ducts and channel heaters. Made of high-quality aluminum, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. Its construction allows for adjusting the airflow, which is particularly important in ventilation and air conditioning systems.

This grille is dedicated to popular models of channel heaters such as VK12, VK15, VKN1, VKN2 SILENT, VKN5, SVKN1, VKN5P and CVK2, CVK4, CVK2P and CVK4P fan coil units. Remember to include it in the order as an additional element.

Construction and mounting

The grille has an I-beam profile with a height of 18 mm and a width of 190 mm. It is standardly equipped with black PVC spacer sleeves, spaced 13 mm apart. These sleeves provide stabilization and allow for precise fitting of the grille to the ventilation opening. Sleeves are also available in other colors – gray, beige, light brown and dark brown (the length of the spacer sleeves in colors other than standard is 17 mm), which allows you to match the interior design. The maximum length of a single section of the grille is 6000 mm.

The frame should be ordered at the same time as the heater.
