Aluminum retractable grille for channel heaters

The aluminum retractable grille with a box profile is a practical and aesthetic solution for finishing channel heaters. Thanks to its retractable design, it provides easy access to the inside of the heater for cleaning or maintenance. It is a standard additional element for popular heater models VK12, VK15, VKN1, VKN2 SILENT, VKN5, SVKN1, VKN5P and fan coil units CVK2, CVK4, CVK2P and CVK4P – remember to include it in your order.

Construction and materials

Made of anodized aluminum in stainless steel color, the grille is characterized by durability and corrosion resistance. The box profile provides rigidity to the structure. PVC sleeves in black color (standard) stabilize the rungs and provide an aesthetic appearance. The spacing between the rungs is 13 mm. PVC sleeves in other colors are also available: gray, beige, light brown and dark brown – perfect matching to the floor color.

Application and installation

The grille is intended for mounting in Verano channel heaters. Its width is about 24 mm larger than the base of the heater tub, and the length corresponds to the length of the heater itself. Installation is simple and does not require specialized tools – just adjust the length of the grille to your needs and place it on the heater tub. In the case of VK15 and VKN heaters, remember to order the frame at the same time as the grille due to differences in the tub construction. The frame is available in several finishing versions: natural aluminum, anodized or painted.

• Retractable grilles are more convenient to use than rigid grilles – they allow easy vacuuming of the heater interior.
• Anodized aluminum is more resistant to mechanical damage and UV radiation than natural aluminum.
• The availability of different colors of PVC sleeves allows for a perfect match of the grille to the interior design.
• The maximum length of a single section of the grille is 6000 mm - if you need a longer section, please contact the seller.
• The frame hides the space between the floor and the channel heater tub and improves the aesthetics of the installation.
