Convection heater grille – a practical solution and aesthetic appearance

The roll-up grille made of aluminum is an essential element in finishing convection heaters, providing not only an aesthetic appearance but also functionality. The model with a double-T profile with dimensions of 35x250 mm is dedicated to popular VK12, VK15, VKN1, VKN2 SILENT, VKN5, SVKN1, VKN5P heaters and CVK2, CVK4, CVK2P and CVK4P fan coil units. Thanks to the roll-up design, it allows easy access to the inside of the heater duct for cleaning or maintenance.

Construction and materials

The grille is made of high-quality anodized aluminum, which guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. The double-T profile provides rigidity and stability of the structure. The grille is standardly equipped with black PVC spacer sleeves, spaced every 13 mm. Sleeves in other colors – gray, beige, light brown and dark brown – are also available as an option, allowing you to match the color of the floor and interior. Longer sleeves (17 mm) are available in colors other than standard black.

Application and compatibility

Roll-up grilles are widely used in channel heating systems in residential and commercial buildings. They are ideal for installation in the floor, where they provide discreet access to the heater. It is worth remembering that the grille is an additional element and requires separate ordering – it is not standard equipment for channel heaters. The maximum length of a single section of the grille is 6000 mm.

Color and finish selection

Anodized aluminum is available in several color variants: satin, stainless steel, gold and black. Choosing the color of the grille allows for a perfect match to the interior design and type of flooring – wooden, tiled or stone. Additionally, grilles made of natural aluminum and with various types of frames (type L or F) are available, which mask the space between the floor and the channel heater tub. Frames are available in natural aluminum, anodized or painted.
