Rolled grille – functionality and aesthetics

The black anodized aluminum rolled grille is a practical and aesthetic solution for channel heaters and fan coil units. Made of a 25x145 mm I-beam profile, it provides optimal airflow while looking modern and discreet. Anodizing the aluminum increases resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage, guaranteeing long-term use.

Application and compatibility

The grille is an additional element that should be taken into account when placing an order for selected devices. It is compatible with the following models:

• VK12, VK15, VKN1, VKN2 SILENT, VKN5, SVKN1, VKN5P heaters
• CVK2, CVK4, CVK2P, CVK4P fan coil units

Thanks to this, it can be adapted to most popular heating and air conditioning systems.

Construction and characteristic features

The grille has a standard spacing between the bars of 13 mm. PVC sleeves in black provide an aesthetic appearance and structural stability. Additionally, PVC sleeves in other colors are optionally available: gray, beige, light brown and dark brown – allowing for a perfect match to the interior color scheme. The maximum length of the grille section is 6000 mm.

It is worth remembering the possibility of ordering a frame for VK15 and VKN channel heaters – in the case of differences in the heater tank design (with or without a frame), the frame should be ordered simultaneously with the heater. Frames are available in natural, anodized and powder-coated aluminum in various colors (type L and F). The frame is mounted using silicone glue.
