Rolled grille – functionality and aesthetics

The black anodized aluminum rolled grille is a practical solution for finishing channel heaters and fan coil units. Made of an I-beam profile (35x200 mm), it provides effective air distribution while looking aesthetically pleasing thanks to the elegant black finish. The grille is particularly recommended for VK12, VK15, VKN1, VKN2 SILENT, VKN5, SVKN1, VKN5P heaters and CVK2, CVK4, CVK2P and CVK4P fan coil units – remember to include it in your order!

Construction and assembly

The grille has a standard spacing between the bars of 13 mm. PVC sleeves in black provide durability and an aesthetic appearance. It is worth knowing that PVC sleeves in other colors are also available: gray, beige, light brown and dark brown – if the standard color does not match your arrangement. The maximum length of a single section of the grille is 6000 mm.

Additionally, the grille can be adapted to a specific model of channel heater by selecting the appropriate frame (available separately). The frame covers the space between the floor and the heater tub and is available in several versions: natural aluminum, anodized and painted. The frame is mounted using silicone glue. Remember to install the heater correctly – the manufacturer is not responsible for deformations of the tub resulting from incorrect frame installation.
