Material and manufacturing technology

The reduction socket is manufactured from type 3 PP-R polypropylene granules, which are characterized by high resistance to corrosion, limescale deposits, and chemical agents. The material is safe for contact with drinking water and meets hygienic requirements for food-grade installations.

Assembly is performed using polyfusion welding technology at a temperature of 260-270°C, creating a homogeneous material bond without a visible boundary between elements. This method eliminates the risk of leaks characteristic of threaded or glued connections.

Functional properties and benefits
