Ball valve VEXVE X for water up to 200°C, DN25 PN40 for welding, reduced bore 100025X
Ball valve for demanding installations
The VEXVE X ball valve is a robust solution for water installations, designed to operate in a temperature range from -20°C to 200°C. Made of steel with a Teflon (PTFE) seal, it provides reliable and tight flow shut-off. Designed for welding into pipelines with a nominal diameter of DN25 and a pressure class of PN40, it is ideal for systems requiring high resistance to pressure and temperature. Reduced bore minimizes pressure loss in the installation.
Construction and materials – durability for years
A key element of this valve is the ball made entirely of stainless steel, which guarantees high corrosion resistance and long life. The one-piece body construction increases mechanical strength and minimizes the risk of leaks. The stainless steel stem, combined with a fluororubber (FPM/FKM) seal, ensures smooth and trouble-free valve operation. Additionally, the ability to replace the stem seal in the event of a leak is a practical solution that extends the life of the device and reduces operating costs.
Ease of use and identification
The valve is equipped with a compensated, removable plastic handle that makes operation easier and allows for quick opening or closing of the flow. The handle has a description and product code, which facilitates valve identification in the installation and ordering of spare parts. Chrome plating of the ball surface further increases its resistance to abrasion and corrosion. Coating the housing provides additional protection against external factors.
