Ball valve VEXVE X for water up to 200°C, DN25 PN40 threaded, reduced bore 102025X
VEXVE X ball valve is a reliable solution for regulating water flow in installations requiring resistance to high temperatures and pressures. Designed to operate in a temperature range from -20°C to 200°C and at a pressure of PN40, it is suitable for various applications – from heating installations to industrial systems.
Construction and materials
A key element of this valve is the ball made entirely of stainless steel, which guarantees high corrosion resistance and long-lasting, trouble-free operation. The body made of steel, additionally protected with a coating, provides mechanical strength and protection against external factors. The ball and stem seals made of Teflon (PTFE) and fluororubber (FPM/FKM) ensure tightness and minimize the risk of leaks. Additionally, the valve has a one-piece body, which increases its solidity and reliability.
Functionality and advantages
The valve is characterized by a reduced bore, which reduces flow resistance. The valve handle is designed with ease of use in mind – it is compensated, made of plastic, and has markings to facilitate identification. Importantly, the VEXVE X series allows for the replacement of the stem seal in the event of a leak – this solution extends the valve's life and reduces operating costs. A cylindrical internal thread BSPT-Rp (ISO 7-1 / EN 10226-1) with a diameter of 1 inch (DN25) ensures easy installation in standard installations.
- Durability: Stainless steel ball and steel body ensure long-lasting operation even in harsh conditions.
- Tightness: PTFE and FPM/FKM seals minimize the risk of leaks.
- Seal replacement: The ability to replace the stem seal without replacing the entire valve – saving time and money.
- Ease of use: Compensated handle with markings makes operation and identification easier.
- Wide temperature range: Operation in the range from -20°C to 200°C allows for use in various installations.
- Pressure resistance: Pressure class PN40 guarantees safe operation in systems with increased pressure.
