VEXVE X Ball Valve DN40 PN40

The VEXVE X DN40 PN40 ball valve is a component for industrial installations. Thanks to its flange design and reduced port, it ensures media flow control.

Construction and materials

The valve body is made of P235GH (1.0345) steel. The controlling element is a ball made of X5CrNi18-10 (1.4301) stainless steel, chrome-plated for surface protection. The valve stem is made of X8CrNiS18-9 (1.4305) stainless steel, sealed with FPM/FKM (fluorocarbon rubber).

The ball seal is a combination of PTFE+C, which maintains tightness at temperatures up to 200°C. The single-piece construction eliminates leak points, and the coated body surface increases resistance to atmospheric conditions.

Operating parameters and system compatibility

The valve operates in a temperature range from -20°C to +200°C, making it a solution for district heating installations, heating systems, and water networks. The lowest permissible ambient temperature is -40°C. Leakage class A according to EN 12266-1 guarantees the tightness of the closed valve.

Flange connections are made in accordance with the EN 1092-1 standard, ensuring compatibility with industrial installations. The reduced port with a diameter of 32 mm optimizes media flow while reducing pressure losses.

Serviceability and ergonomics of use

The VEXVE X series allows for the replacement of the stem seal without the need to dismantle the entire valve - reducing maintenance costs and installation downtime. The composite handle with dimensions of 102×130 mm ensures ergonomic operation, and its self-compensating design allows for easy installation and disassembly.

Overall dimensions are: total length 200 mm, handle height 102 mm, and a weight of 5.2 kg. These parameters facilitate installation space planning and the selection of mounting elements.

The valve is not intended for use with steam - this fact must be taken into account when designing steam or mixed-media installations.
