Construction and materials for long-term operation
VEXVE valves are distinguished by an all-welded construction made of high-quality steel for pressure vessels. This guarantees strength and corrosion resistance, even in the case of water of varying quality. The lightweight and compact design facilitates installation and thermal insulation of the entire valve. The valve ball is supported from below, which is particularly important for larger diameters – it ensures stability and minimizes stress on the seals.
Functionality and safety of use
The stem design resistant to blowout increases the safety of valve operation, and the 90-degree position limiter allows for precise flow control. PTFE ball seals with a spring mechanism ensure a completely tight bidirectional sealing (according to EN 12266-1, class A), eliminating the risk of leaks. Additionally, the valve has a single piston effect function – automatic pressure release from inside the body, which prevents its increase caused by temperature changes. Thanks to this, the valve is practically maintenance-free and is characterized by a long service life.
