90° Press-Fit Elbow with Two Couplings – Transition from 42 mm to 32 mm

The fitting is made of bronze with a solid one-piece construction, designed for installation in press-fit piping systems. Both ends feature press-fit couplings – one with a diameter of 42 mm (1½ inch) and the other 32 mm (1¼ inch), allowing for a smooth connection of pipes of different sizes without the need for additional components.

Sealing is provided by flat EPDM gaskets – a material resistant to temperature, moisture, and chemicals, used in water supply and heating installations. The gaskets are integrated into the construction and do not require additional assembly or adjustment.

Connections are pressed – they do not require threads, welding, or gluing. Installation is quick and does not require specialized tools beyond a pressing tool. The multi-sided nut is made of brass, ensuring durability during repeated tightening and resistance to corrosion.

The surface of both couplings is in a raw state – without additional coating, which facilitates quality control during installation and ensures direct adhesion to the pipe surface. The elbow has a 90° angle, ideal for changing flow direction in confined spaces.

The maximum working pressure is 16 bar at 20°C – sufficient for most residential and commercial installations. It does not have an air vent or drain valve – it is a pure connecting element.

Intended for Sanpress-type piping systems, compatible with copper pipes and other materials approved by the manufacturer. It has no reducing or eccentric function – it operates solely as a fixed elbow.
