45° Elbow with Press-Fit Connections, Made of Stainless Steel 316 (1.4401)

Element designed for installation in Sanpress systems with steel pipes of 28 mm outer diameter. Both ends are equipped with identical press-fit couplings, allowing flexible connections in potable water, heating circuits, or other pressurized installations. EDPM seals ensure tightness without the need for additional materials – installation is performed exclusively using a pressing tool.

Dimensions and construction are adapted to the standard Sanpress Inox system: the length of each connection is 38 mm, and the total length of the elbow is approximately 59 mm. The 45° angle enables smooth flow direction changes without sharp turns, reducing hydrodynamic resistance and stress on joints.

Material – stainless steel 316 – guarantees corrosion resistance, even in aggressive environments such as seawater, industrial installations, or systems with recycled water. This is crucial for applications in marine construction, pharmaceuticals, or sanitary installations requiring the highest purity.

Compliant with standards for potable water installations (DIN EN 806-4) and approved by VdS. The "green dot" mark on the joint surface allows for quick visual inspection – if the connection has not been properly pressed, this element will not be visible.

Example of use: installation in heating systems with condensing boilers, where resistance to moisture and low return temperatures is required; or in compressed air systems where corrosion risk is high. No additional surface protection is needed after installation – standard pipe cleanliness before installation is sufficient.

Does not include a drain valve or air vent – it is not intended for regulatory functions. Its purpose is solely to change the flow direction while maintaining full tightness and durability.
