The 90° elbow enables quick and secure connection of 15 mm diameter pipes with 3/4 inch thread (BSPP‑G). Thanks to Sanpress technology, no soldering or welding is required – only a single press with a special tool, which shortens installation time and eliminates the risk of leaks. Ideal for potable water, heating, and refrigeration systems, where durability is required at pressures up to 16 bar and temperatures up to 110 °C.

Construction and Materials

The component consists of a one-piece body made of bronze, guaranteeing high mechanical strength and resistance to water exposure. The connections are left in the raw state ("raw condition"), allowing direct fitting to pipes without additional surface treatment. The seal and sealing ring are made of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer rubber (EDPM) – a material known for excellent flexibility and chemical resistance.

Installation and Operating Parameters

Installers will appreciate the simplicity of connection: one side of the elbow is equipped with a press fitting, the other with a BSPP‑G cylindrical internal gas thread (ISO 228‑1). This allows easy connection of system pipes with standard threaded components. The product meets requirements for maximum working pressure of 16 bar at 20 °C, and its design is adapted for operation over a wide temperature range, making it a versatile choice for both new installations and modernization of existing networks.
