90° Elbow with Press Fittings – Solution for Sanpress Systems

The 90° elbow with press fittings, made of bronze, is designed for installation in Sanpress systems with copper pipes of 28 mm diameter. The one-piece connection, without threads, is assembled by pressing using a press tool. The internal SC-Contur design allows immediate detection of improperly pressed joints during leak testing – even at low pressure.

The EPDM gasket is pre-installed and requires no additional handling. The material is resistant to temperatures up to 110°C and pressures up to 16 bar, making the elbow suitable for both hot water installations and heating systems. No soldering is required, no heat is generated during installation, and the joint is immediately load-bearing after pressing.

One side connection corresponds to a diameter of 28 mm (DN15), the other to a thread Rp 1/2 inch (DN20). This is a reducing elbow – no additional adapters are needed when transitioning between the pipe and the threaded component. Suitable for use in permanent systems: drinking water, heating, rainwater, compressed air, or cooling.

The bronze construction (CC499K) ensures corrosion resistance and long-term stability in humid conditions. There is no coating or additional surface treatment – the raw state is part of the Sanpress system design and does not affect tightness or durability.

All parameters comply with DVGW and DIN standards for water supply and heating installations. Installation in walls, floors, or on surfaces – without restrictions.
