90° Elbow Fitting 15 x 3/8" – No-Solder Installation with EPDM Seals

This bronze elbow fitting features a solid construction with two press-fit sleeves, enabling quick and safe connection of a copper pipe (Ø 15 mm) to a threaded drain outlet 3/8" (Rp). No soldering, welding, or additional surface preparation is required—simply cut the pipe, clean the edge, and press the fitting into place. The entire process takes only a few seconds.

EPDM rubber seals are pre-installed, eliminating the need for separate installation. The material complies with standards for potable water and heating systems and withstands temperatures up to 110°C. It operates stably under pressure up to 16 bar at 20°C—a value confirmed by the manufacturer, not an estimate.

The 90° elbow design allows for compact installation layouts, especially in areas with limited space. Both connection surfaces are in raw condition—without any surface coating—ensuring direct metal-to-metal contact during pressing and maintaining joint integrity.

The SC-Contur on the inner surface enables immediate detection of improperly secured joints during pressure testing: if not correctly pressed, the characteristic bead will not form. This is an installer-friendly feature for quick verification without additional tools.

There is no air vent or drain valve—this is purely a transition component. It is not eccentric, has no reduction, and provides a simple angle between two diameters: 15 mm (pipe) and 3/8" (thread). The nut is made of brass, as confirmed in the manufacturer's description.
