End Cap 88.9 mm — seals the Sanpress XL system circuit without additional components

The End Cap 2256XL is the terminal component of the VIEGA Sanpress XL system, designed for hermetically sealing pipes with an outer diameter of 88.9 mm. Installation is performed using a standard crimping tool — no threading, welding, or additional gaskets required. The connection, made of copper and of the MZ type (crimping coupling), is compatible exclusively with pipes of the same system.

The internal EPDM gasket (ethylene-propylene-diene monomer rubber) ensures permanent sealing at pressures up to 16 bar at 20°C — resistant to potable water, temperature variations, and chlorine. The working length of the connection is 10.8 mm — sufficient for a safe and durable mechanical joint. The metal ring in the construction prevents deformation during crimping and maintains joint stability.

Connection material: copper. Color: brown — matches the standard surface finish of the Sanpress XL system. Not compatible with other crimping systems — only for VIEGA Sanpress XL.

This is not a simple bend. It is a component designed for operation in a closed circuit, where sealing integrity and compatibility are critical. It seals the circuit — without the need to add anything else.
