Coupling for Sanpress and Profipress Systems

Designed for connecting copper pipes with a diameter of 22 mm to threaded connections G 1", this one-piece coupling acts as a bridge between the press system and traditional threaded systems. It is engineered for use in water supply, heating, and other pressurized installations – without the need for welding or threading on site.

The EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene) gasket ensures a hermetic seal upon the first crimping – no additional sealing or paste is required. It is resistant to temperatures up to 110°C and pressures up to 16 bar, meeting the requirements for potable water, heating, and compressed air systems. The green dot indicator on top of the fitting allows for quick verification of a properly crimped connection.

The push-in sleeve is ready for installation on copper pipes compliant with DIN EN 1057. The internal thread G 1" (BSPP-G) meets ISO 228-1 – compatible with most valves, radiators, and industrial equipment. The nut is made of brass, ensuring corrosion resistance and easy installation using a 29 mm wrench.

The coupling requires no additional components – everything is integrated into a single part: sleeve, thread, gasket, and nut. Installation is quick: crimp the pipe, tighten the nut – and you have a connection that complies with standards for potable water at pH ≥ 7.4, or at pH 7.0–7.4 only if TOC ≤ 1.5 mg/l. It is advisable to check water parameters with the supplier before installation.
