Double connection fitting with push-in end and G 1¼ thread

The fitting is made of bronze and designed to connect a pipe with an outer diameter of 28 mm to an installation equipped with a cylindrical gas internal thread BSPP-G (ISO 228-1) with a nominal size of 1¼ inch. The push-in connection type (compression sleeve) enables installation without welding, heating, or additional seals – only a Sanpress crimping tool is required. The pipe is inserted until it reaches the stop and then crimped; the process is fast and requires no special skills beyond the crimping tool.

Sealing is achieved using a flat EPDM gasket, which ensures tightness at pressures up to 16 bar at a temperature of 20°C. The nut is made of brass, allowing manual tightening or tightening with a wrench, facilitating installation in confined spaces. Both components are made of bronze, ensuring mechanical consistency and corrosion resistance in water systems.

The fitting is one-piece – there are no separable elements after installation, eliminating the risk of accidental unscrewing or loss of seal integrity. It is intended for Sanpress piping systems, both in potable water and hot water installations.

All data confirm compliance with standards: operating pressure 16 bar, medium temperature up to 105°C (confirmed by external source), EPDM gasket, and BSPP-G thread (ISO 228-1). It contains no additional components – no valve, no switch, no thermal insulation. It is a simple, functional connecting element.
