Sanpress System Coupling with One-Side Push-Fit and G Thread

Bronze coupling designed to connect 35 mm pipes with installations equipped with internal G 1 1/2" threads. Enables quick and reliable connection without the need for welding – ideal for modernization or new installations in heating, domestic hot water, or cooling systems.

The EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene) gasket ensures tightness at pressures up to 16 bar at 20°C, and its resistance to temperature and chemicals ensures it retains its properties even after long-term use. The compression nut, made of brass, allows pipe fastening using a 52 mm spanner, without risk of surface damage.

The push-fit connection (35 mm) is compatible exclusively with Sanpress system pipes – it is not suitable for pipes from other manufacturers or for copper pipes without special preparation. The G 1 1/2" thread (BSPP-G) is a standard used in many valves, radiators, and heating devices, facilitating integration with existing infrastructure.

The working length of the push-fit section is 46 mm – sufficient to ensure a stable connection with minimal stress on the pipe. The entire unit is seamless, eliminating the risk of corrosive degradation at the joint. The use of bronze for both the push-fit and the thread ensures electrochemical uniformity – there is no risk of galvanic corrosion when connecting with other copper components.

No special tools are required beyond a spanner for the nut – installation is simple but must be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Not suitable for installation on aluminum, plastic, or stainless steel pipes.
