Double connection fitting with push-in sleeve and internal thread

This brass fitting is designed for connecting 42 mm diameter ProfiPress system pipes to components equipped with BSPP-G (ISO 228-1) internal threads of 1 3/4 inch nominal size. The push-in connection ensures fast and safe installation—no welding, threading, or additional sealants required. The pipe is inserted into the sleeve, and hermetic sealing is guaranteed by a flat EPDM gasket that requires no lubrication or additional processing.

The push-in section length is 74.3 mm, sufficient to ensure a stable connection when using Sanpress tools. The 11 mm long internal thread is designed for direct connection to valves, regulators, or other components compliant with ISO 228-1. A 59 mm wrench size allows convenient tightening with a standard spanner.

The fitting is one-piece and includes a nut; according to the manufacturer, it is made of brass, providing corrosion resistance and durability for multiple installations. This is a Sanpress system component—use exclusively with pipes meeting system requirements.

With a working pressure of up to 16 bar at 20°C, this fitting is suitable for high-pressure gas and heating installations. Installation is simple: insert the pipe and tighten the nut. No additional materials or specialized tools are required beyond the ProfiPress pressing tool set.
