Coupling with SC-Contur press fitting and 3/4" internal thread

The fitting is made of bronze without additional coating — both ends remain in the raw state, ensuring a clean and undisturbed connection during pipe pressing and thread tightening. The EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene) gasket is an integral part of the design, providing a hermetic seal when connecting to pipes and fittings — no additional materials or paste are required. It is resistant to temperatures from -25°C to 110°C, making it suitable for both hot water and cooling systems.

On one side — an SC-Contur press fitting ready for pressing onto a pipe with an outer diameter of 18 mm. On the other side — a metric internal thread with a nominal diameter of 3/4" (20 mm). This is not a G thread; it is not BSP. It is precisely a metric internal thread compliant with ISO 7-1, allowing connection to standard valves, pumps, or pipes with external M threads. The nut is made of brass, ensuring corrosion resistance and stability during installation.

The coupling length is 37 mm — a compact form that does not hinder installation in tight spaces. The maximum working pressure is 16 bar at 20°C, sufficient for most sanitary and heating installations. The absence of a drain valve and air vent means this is a purely mechanical connection — there are no moving parts or components requiring maintenance.

Certified by KIWA — meets requirements for Sanpress systems. Installation requires only a pressing tool on one side and a wrench for the thread on the other. No welding, cutting, or glue is needed. The EPDM gasket is durable and does not require replacement during normal operation.
