Crimp Connection to Internal Thread

Double fitting made of bronze, with one end crimpable onto a 22 mm diameter pipe and the other featuring an internal G 3/4" thread. Single-piece construction, without a drain valve or air vent — simple, reliable, and ready for installation in connection systems.

EPDM gasket ensures hermetic sealing without additional sealing agents — no need for tightening, paste, or tape. The nut is made of brass, guaranteeing corrosion resistance and durability during multiple assembly and disassembly cycles.

Working pressure up to 16 bar at 20°C — sufficient for district heating, cooling systems, and potable water installations. Medium temperature range from -25°C to 110°C — suitable for both hot water and cooling circuits. Compatible with the Sanpress SC-Contur system — installation using standard crimping tools, without the need to rotate the pipe.

No coating or surface treatment — raw bronze condition means there is no additional protective layer, but also no risk of paint or coating peeling off during crimping. This solution is for installers who know that joint quality depends on installation technique, not appearance.
