Four-way fitting with press-fit sleeves, designed for systems with copper pipes

90° cross connector, made of raw bronze, with four press-fit sleeves – three with a diameter of 15 mm and one with a diameter of 18 mm. All connections are equipped with EPDM rubber seals, ensuring leak-tightness without the need for additional materials. There are no blocked channels – all openings are active and ready for installation.

Connection dimensions are matched to standard system pipes: the working length of each connection is 27 mm, and the total end-to-end length is 49 mm. This allows for precise fitting in confined spaces without the need for additional cutting or adjustment.

EPDM seals are resistant to temperatures from -40°C to +95°C and do not react to potable water, heat, or minor pressure fluctuations. The maximum working pressure at 20°C is 16 bar – sufficient for most heating and water supply installations in residential and commercial buildings.

Installation is performed using Profipress tools – no soldering, gluing, or threading required. After pressing, the seal is permanently crimped around the pipe, creating a hermetic and durable connection. The design is compatible only with system pipes (marked as "System pipe: true") – not suitable for standard pipes without a V-profile.

There is no surface coating – the bronze remains in its raw state. This is not a defect but a design feature: the surface is not coated with zinc or chrome, eliminating the risk of chemical reactions with water and ensuring long-term corrosion resistance. In practice, this means fewer issues with water quality and a longer service life of the installation.
