End Cap, Copper, 15 mm

Profipress-type end cap – made of copper, designed for use in copper pipe systems with an outer diameter of 15 mm. This is a push-in fitting that requires no gaskets; tightness is achieved through precise mechanical crimping.

The V-profile code indicates compatibility with V-15 contour crimping tools – such as REMS Pressbacken Mini or Viega cordless presses with appropriate backings. Installation is performed using the standard pressing method, without the need for welding or threading.

This component is used in water supply installations – both in distribution and vertical systems – where a hermetic and durable closure of pipe ends is required. It operates within the Viega Systemverbund system, ensuring compliance with DVGW W 534 and DIN EN 1057 standards. Suitable for both concealed and exposed installations.

No gaskets – eliminating the risk of wear or improper installation. The design relies solely on deformation of the pipe wall under pressure, providing a constant and reliable connection. The length of the crimping section is 29 mm – corresponding to the standard pressing area length for this type of connection.
