The Sanpress 2263 fitting connects a 42 mm pipe with a 1 3/4" internal thread in one step – without soldering, without threading, and without additional tools beyond presses. The joint is pressed, and its tightness is guaranteed by a pre-installed EPDM seal. All this in a single, solid bronze construction – both in the pressed and threaded sections.

Why it works on site?

• SC-Contur on the pressed surface allows immediate recognition of improperly made joints – an unpressed fitting lacks the characteristic indentation, so the error is visible immediately during inspection.
• EPDM seal is factory-installed – no manual assembly required, no risk of damage or incorrect positioning.
• Brass nut ensures corrosion resistance and durability through multiple assembly and disassembly cycles – no leakage develops and no seizing occurs even after years.
• Working pressure up to 16 bar and medium temperature up to 110°C make the fitting suitable for heating systems as well as potable water and pressurized installations.
