GEMINI elbow with SC 15x1/2" x 150, bronze / shiny, model 222205 308681

Elbow with Double Flat Mounting and SC-Contur Clamps

A mounting element consisting of two short silicon bronze elbows connected by a fixed flat base made of galvanized stainless steel. The assembly is ready for installation – no additional assembly of individual components is required. The center-to-center distance of the connections is 150 mm, facilitating adaptation to standard piping layouts in sanitary installations.

Connections are made using SC-Contur technology – pressing of a 15 mm (1/2 inch) pipe is performed without threading, making installation faster and safer. EPDM seals ensure tightness even under cyclic temperature and pressure changes. The maximum working pressure is 1.6 bar at 20°C, suitable for domestic hot water systems and low-pressure heating circuits.

The gripping depth (36 mm) and precise V-profile guarantee a stable connection without risk of leaks after long-term use. Connection lengths (40 mm and 22 mm) and their working parts (18 mm and 11.8 mm) are optimized for compatibility with existing Viega Sanpress systems – no additional adapters or adjustments are required.

The component has no surface protection, but silicon bronze offers natural corrosion resistance in humid environments. The flat mounting allows for permanent fixation on walls or floors – ideal for confined spaces requiring a compact, unitary construction.

Compatible with the Viega Sanpress piping system. Not suitable for high-pressure circuits or gas installations.
