Reducing element for press-fit systems

One-piece fitting designed to connect pipes of different diameters in Sanpress XL systems. One side features a push-in end (KW) with a diameter of 108 mm, the other a press-fit sleeve (MZ) with a diameter of 54 mm. Both sides are made of bronze, without additional coating — raw state — ensuring compatibility with existing pressing technologies and not affecting joint quality.

The EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene) gasket ensures tightness at temperatures from -25°C to 110°C and pressure up to 16 bar at 20°C. The design includes no drain valve or air vent — it is a pure reducing element intended for continuous medium flow.

Compatible exclusively with system pipes meeting Sanpress XL requirements. Installation is performed using a standard pressing tool — no additional tools or preparations required. The metal ring inside the sleeve ensures joint stability during pressing, while the flexible gasket compensates for minor axial deviations.

The KIWA certificate confirms compliance with European standards for water supply and heating systems. No pastes or lubricants are required — operation relies solely on mechanical pressing and flexible sealing.
